Hey Clive buddy, you know your red grass that you do oh so well using the coffee compressor thing that I can't remember the name of, can you also do that in blue? If so would it be blue ink you'd need to be able to do it?

BETTER OFF USING PAINTS AS THEY HAVE A LARGER AMOUNT OF PIGMENT. fOR A DARK BLUE TRY MIDNIGHT BLUE OR THE LIKE OR YOU CAN GO LIGHTER IF YOU WANT. YOU WATER IT DOWN ANYWAY TO GET IT TO STAY ON THE FLOCK BUT NOT STICK IT ALL TOGETHER, THEN SIEVE IT THRU A FINE MESH TO BREAK IT APART. SIMPLE, SHOULD WORK WITH ANY COLOURS AND GREAT FOR STANDING OUT ON BASES I THINK!...

If its large amount of pigment you want then use a foundation paint as they have a higher pigment ratio.
