It was a good day guys,a long one,but a good one!
Marcus and the Clackmiester geneal won all three games and took first place.
Myself and Clive (and the 27 hour old Tau and Orks) won 2 games and lost our first (we only go to play3 turns of it and i am sure Clive will back me up that by turn 4 it was easily a win for us,so we are gutted!!!)
Luke and Chris,well what can you say for starters they lost 2 and won one. It started to go wrong for Luke when he picked his doubles partner!!!!! First Chris forgot his drop pod so did not use it in the first game!!!!!
Also to be fair to Chris from what i know he got up Sunday morning and did not sleep again untill the return journey from the torniment (crazy fool)!!!!
The coach driver was an idiot on a seperate note!!!! will explain when we see you guys!

Was a great day, i'll definately be going to more tournaments but next time i'll be using an army that is already fully painted so I can be much more awake!
Just a note on our 3 games, the first was against the pair that ended up second overall, they beat us thanks to a sneaky turbo boost from a wave serpent on the last turn! The game we won was down to a simple deepstrike mishap for their bloodletters which let me put them on the other end of the table! And the fact that chris used his rhi.. drop pod for the ironclad. And the third game there were a few rules mishaps, like ordering a leman russ to 'bring it down' and a lack of eldar psychic tests, and harlequins are mean :|
As a side note, if you play chris' marines, charge him with guardsmen!

only having 1 hours sleep was prob not the best think in the world, next time im deff being a rules bager and not letting anything that looks to good to be true go. well had great tiome and deff doing it again.
