Fantasy heat one results

Well heat one has been and gone. Has anyone seen the results?

From what I know it was pretty much a clean sweep for Daemon and Dark elves for the top ten. A few Vampire players, Lizards and Warriors of chaos mixing up the qualifiers (plus 1 Beasts of chaos list). My Vampires are feeling very nervous now.

It seems the missions went down fairly well. Most feedback seems to indicate the people liked the secret missions. Most complained a lot about battle for the pass though. Not surprised about that one really.

Not all that long before heat 2 now.

Plus this weekend is heat 1 for 40K. I'll be interested to hear how that one goes as well.

Crazy isn't it? All the speculation on TWF is that heat two is the hardest event of the year as all the hardcore are going to it. Doh!

So how is the list tweaking going?

Also are you up for some more practice games? I might be in Exeter on saturday but am not sure at the moment.

I saw the comment about heat 2 being the toughest. Who are these vets we've got to worry about?

Tweaking has gone well - can

Tweaking has gone well - can now run lots of core, a dragon, black guard and two hydras. Bit cookie cutter list.

Definitely up for some more games, not about this saturday sadly, but will be up for something on tuesday. Going to have to finish up painting soon too.

As for who, they probably mean the big tournament players who do al the major ones over the year and are free from comp scores to rampage across the gt. However, they don't get it! We're not going to be locked in there with them, they're going to be locked in there with us (etc)!
