OK when it says each player must have a 750 point list that obeys the force org chart....does that mean we have to have 2 troop choices in that 750 point list or two troop choices in the full 1500 point list?

Rob clarified this with them its two troops each. So two troops in 750pts. So minimum four overall.

A Reaver yes, but one which will probably remain in it's box for at least another 6 months lol :)

From what I can gather there is one team with Blood Angels & Guard, and another with Chaos & Necrons, not sure about the others, the Dice & Dagger forums are rather like Ryga's in terms of the amount of posting that goes on.

hmm suppose could do seer council and 2 6 man bike squads but they would be very fragile!

I'll also point up the seer council and a wave serpent mounted dire avenger squad and see what is left over for jet bikes

jet bikes are very fragile! if i take a valkerie list which is what i think i will do. you have this to cinsider.depending on the situation i have the option to out flank. this is the same for the white scars so you might be in the situation for up to two turns you will be taking on 15000 points against your 750 so tough stable units! seer council will just luagh it off shouting come get some a wave serpent has a good chance of doing a loop tie loop to most anti tank! but the other option is fast manevable units that can just play with the enemy for a couple turns doing sparadic gurila tactics! which the jet bikes will do plus the things getting you at the range is high strengh anti tank that will kill a bike! its up to you lol just some food for thought

what are tau tanks then just skimmers do they have a certain type the air cast call them?

1st place for myself and Rob with the Guard/Tau alliance with three wins.
2nd place for Marcus and Dave P (Rygas) with the White Scars/Guard alliance with two wins and a draw.
Rob also picked up best painted, and between us we scooped up £70 in vouchers!

Really good day all round with some really good missions, and I think Rob is gonna write a full tournament report.

Well done dudes!!!!! Can't believe rob won best painted, his army is painted well bad, I think he needs to spend more time on them to get them to table top standard!!!!!

I cant believe they won the comp at all given the warmup game they played against me and craig, they argued, bickered and then lost against a completely un thought out army with zero tactical ability!

Well done tho it bodes well for future tourno's, I guess our club just playes to a higher level than the rest of the world!!!!

So on the basis of what Clive is saying does that mean rob and James prizes have to be passed to myself and Clive ???
