Sounds groovey to this dude, we will have a quick show of hands this tuesday and see who can make it and maybe get two teams together, although i don't think we should aim for an A and B team effort but just randomise the whole affair. Get writing those cheesy lists, now where is craigs number so i can borrow those nob bikers!

for me, it'll be instead of - the gt at WW is now apparently 5 games and costs the same, despite the lack of a free final. what a joke that is.

I'm deffinatley in for this, I think that there may be a few more people interested as well so we can prob get two teams on the go. Well if enough people are interested for another team then you can count me in too. Could be fun, and if it isn't won't go back next year! Haven't played a team event before, unless you count doubles tourneys, so this will make an interesting change.

@JC - Chaos Daemons is there, i copied the list out of the html, so I must of missed the top one.

I think the general feeling among the club members I've spoken to is that we will be going to this instead of the 40K GT this year (which has now been ruined), and is now sold out for the first (and currently only) 'heat'.

Currently we have one team going, myself, rob, tim, and clive. Last night Marcus expressed an interest, so we could nearly run a second team.

I know Rich was possibly keen on this one and i'm sure we can bully someone to attend to make up the numbers. I still say we can always sort out who is on which team at a later date or did we book as a team??? Sure those nice guys at maelstrom won't mind if we change it. There not like the arseholes who work for GW with any luck....

Like i said i think we may be making up a 2nd team so shouldn't be a problem, The way i understand it tho is if you don't have the full numbers to make a whole team then they will put togethe players from around the country to make 4 players. Check on there website (Maelstrom). Should be a good event.

Well I've bought my ticket now, although I haven't been unable to post up anything on their forum as their registration system is currently messed up.
